Hello Symantec Team,

What port we need to open for daily virus definition updatation  for DMZ area and please share any user guide for sepm 12.1.2 installation in DMZ area.

can we connect our DMZ client to our SEPM 12.1.2, which is out side of DMZ zone.

Yes you can connect your DMZ sep clients to your SEPM.

Mandatory Firewall Ports:

TCP 1433: Default SQL Port

Optional Firewall Ports:

TCP 334: RDP

TCP 9090: SEPM Remote Management Console
