    Hello,

LiveUpdate encountered one or more errors Return code = 4 is a Generic Error.

To understand more about issue, could you please upload the Log.liveupdate from your SEPM server?

How to read the Log.liveupdate and SESMLu.log of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager:

LiveUpdate and content troubleshooting for the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

Did you try uninstalling the Liveupdate from SEPM server, check this Article:

How to Uninstall and Reinstall LiveUpdate When a Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager or Symantec Endpoint Protection Client is Installed (SEP 11.x)
