SEPM Login Page Reverts To Login Screen

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi all ,
WHen i tyr to login page it goes to the home page then loading , reverts back to Login screen .
I have three Manager . One of them is main manager and other two Manager is under failover and load balacing .
I unistalled and reinstalled the SEPM , still did not work .
Checked the permission and everything is fine .
When i login to webconsole the first three tab says login to Symantec reporting .
Pls help ....

Repair Sep manager from
Repair Sep manager from Add/Remove Programs and then run Upgrade.bat from C:\program files\symantec\sepmanager\tomcat\bin
When you repair sep manager Management server will automatically come up, cancel it than run upgrade.bat as mentioned above and than re-run the management server configuration wizard

Check the Iusr account, and
Check the Iusr account, and also make sure the Isur account that you have in the IIS has full control over the temp folder under
c:\Documents & settings\All users\Application data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Php\Temp.
make sure the Isur have full control on This Temp folder.

Hi All ,
I dont use IE , once check the IE was not working . IE was not opening and reinstalled the IE .
When checked the SEPM , it was working .
I dont understand the relation with issue .
Can some one tell what is the relation with issue?...
