  • 1.  SEPM more than 30GB space

    Recently i received many alerts (A server on the site had low memory, low disk space or was overloaded). 

     

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\ and outbox folder have 21 GB ... inetpub have other 6 GB, 

     

    What i need to do to resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    What version of SEP 12.1 are you running?

    Check this Article:

    whats the version of sepm u are using?

    earlier version had this issue, latest is 12.1.3 so please upgrade.

    Hello,

    Please migrate to the Latest version of SEP 12.1.3001 and check if that resolves the issue.

    outbox if the folder where sepm will put the required datas and clients pick if from here, did you do any autopgrade package being assigned in there, is so you can manually delete those.

    Which i have to download? 

    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.3_Part1_Installation_EN.exe
    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.3_Part2_Tools_EN.exe
    Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.3_SEPM_EN.exe
     
     
    How can i upgrade?
     
    do i need to delete manually outbox folder?
