SEPM MR4 - W2008 reports

Greetings,
I have installed SEPM server MR4 on W2008 STD. After figuring out which ports to open in FW I have discovered that reports are not working. When you try to run report you get a blank IE window with word "Loading..." (http://localhost:8014/Reporting/Resources/filter_notfound.php?option=1)
This is only when I run report on SEPM server. On a console machine running Vista it is not an issue.
Can you advice what to check?

Which version of java?
The reports run in Internet Explorer, so make sure you don't have your IE settings set too high for your reporting site.
Java was the lastest version 6 upd11. IESC was switched off of administrators.
I have added machine name and localhost to trustes sites. This has solved reporting problem.
