SEPM Not able to login

Created an addditional server today and i was not able to login using manager console, when i try to open web console , the page keps on loading but nothing appears on the screen. The ip used is an old ip which has been used with another server name which is also a additional server in the same site.

Do you mean you are having two additional servers in the same site with same IP?

The old ip that you are using

The old ip that you are using now, is that server active in the SEPM now?

the old server record has been deleted long back from the server list.

If i am not wrong , i think the server information doesn't go out of the database. That could be a reason.

Will it be possible for you to change the ip address and then try

paste/attach the

paste/attach the scm-server-0.log with is present in Program Files \Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs

The Web console would only 

The Web console would only  open if you log in with an active  servers IP address, the  one  that's listed in SEPM. Restart the SEPM service (If not already done). Or Else, run the management  server configuration wizard.
