  • 1.  SEPM not sending virus detection alerts, but is sending normal reports

    Posted Oct 15, 2013 10:30 AM

    Good Morning,

I have SEPM 12.1.3 and currently working on a Windows Server 2008 virtual machine. I am not receiving single risk events that are triggered when a virus is found on a remote computer, however I am receving scheduled reports via email with no problems. When sending test emails they send with no problems. SEPM was recently migrated from a physical server to virtual. Could that be my problem?

Delete the notification and re-create. See if that fixes it.

Glad to help. I've seen things get out of whack during upgrades or moves so it may be just as simple as re-creating. Hopefully...wink

    Brian,

After re-creating the Single Risk event notification I am now successfully receiving emails. Thanks again for your help!
