I am using SEPM MR5. In SEPM lots of machine showing offline and old definition
When I physically check this all machine I was worried about SEPM bcoz all that are machine online and update properly. So it’s having issue with SEPM database or SEP agent not able to send the logs to SEPM. What to do?

Thier is any process ot tool to find out what issue going on b/w SEP and SEPM.

Is there a GPO acting on the Symantec service, If yes remove it.

What kind technology use Symantec for update their database. i found some machine which was showing unproper status by SEPM. SEPM show unmatched IP address, virus def & reporting part. its very lots of jams with SEPM database.

So thr is no solution for above issue.
