  • 1.  SEPM not updating

    no automatic update what should i do ?

    it says live update has been lunched but nothing happens i receive error after 1 hour that live update failed

    iam using server 2008


    1 - i have real IP

    2 - Disabled Enhanced security

    3 - no firewall enabled

    4 - SEP not installed on the server contains SEPM

    5 - i removed live update and installed it again

    what should i do now what can i monitor

    i hope i will solve this problem

    if you reinstalled liveupdate you will have to run the command to update the catalog

    open command prompt change directory to program files\symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\bin

    then type in lucatalog.exe -update 

    then run liveupdate again

    What happens when you run LUALL.exe from run?

    Does it gives any error?
