I need to show a report of all clients that have certain features installed (AV only, All features etc). I can view the status logs using the Computer
status logs in SEPM. However when I export the logs to excel, I dont see the Protection technology column? How do i get a report for the above.

Hi,

The Traffic, Packet, and Attacks logs are accessed from the SEPM's Monitors tab, Logs, Network Threat Protection.

The other reports can be accessed through the SEPM's Reports tab, Quick Reports, Network Threat Protection.

Hello,

At present in Symantec Endpoint Protection 11, there is no way to get a list of all the SEP clients which lack Proactive Threat Protection, or to list all clients that have PTP and what their current PTP definitions version.

In Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager's  Monitors / Logs / Computer Status, there's a column displayed on screen which tells, for each client, what protection technologies are installed. There is no mention of PTP, though, even from computers which have this optional component installed and enabled.

Shouldnt there be a report that can show how many clients have AV installed, PTP or all features as a standard. If I can see it on screen why doesnt it come out when I export.
