SEPM Reporting Wrong Def Date

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Is there a North American Help Desk that I can call regarding my issue? The Tech that had this issue just closed it with out fixing it. The Language Barrier is terrible if I could speak to some one who understood my issue maybe it would not have been closed.
