What build of SEP and what OS are you using?

Can you post the installation logs?

post the sep_inst.log

you can search for return value 3 in that log and send it to us, it wil help to find out the root cause :)

As advised by Rafeeq goto Start>Run>Type "%temp% and send the SEPM_inst log as the sepm installation is rolling back.

Agree with Rafeeq! You can do that.

Additionally check the following link. It has many rollback solutions. At which stage rollback is happening is very important.

Either you send sep_inst.log or return value 3 or check the link yourself.
