  • 1.  SEPM RU 5 Home Screen Graph - Disabled

    With SEPM RU 5, in the main home screen tab and the pie chart, Disabled started to show up,Disabled.png. 

     

    Is there a way to rule out the disabled from the graph as it was before? We noticed this after the update.

     

    Also for disabled machines, how does it consider them disabled? if any feature is disabled? If so, we do have some environments with components of SEP disabled.

    There is no way to configure the graph. It's what you see is what you get

    What is the criteria for disabled? any component of SEP?

    Correct. It will be one specific component or multiple. If you click the Disabled link it provides more detail as to which is disabled.

    There is a way to configure the graph by modifying this file on SEPM server(Assuming default install location):

     

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\Reporting\Dashboard\endpoint_status.php

     

    I won't write exact lines as this is probably not a recommended approach.
