SEPM RU5 very slow

Hi,
I am using SEPM version RU5 (11.0.5002), when i am trying to login to the SEPM console its very slow also when i am loging on the local server its the same & moving from one tab to another is dead slow.
Any idea what this can be.

One question: It's a clean install or a upgrade from MR4 ?
If it's an upgrade, modify your SQL security for optimise your connexion:

It's possible to accelerate the console with use FastCGI on your SEPM:
You can find FastCGI on your SEP CD (or archive) on \Tools\NoSupport\FastCGI or download in Microsoft site (Freeware).
If after install FastCGI you have TimeOut on your request, you do tuning the parameters:
