SEPM SBS Version Retail Box - How to get upgrade files

I have a client that purched the retail box of SEPM for Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.  It is currently running version 11.0.1000.1375.  How do I download the latest service packs for the server manager to get them upgraded?

Hi,

11.1000.1375 is a very old versio of SEPM. I would recommend you to uninstall the current one. Download the latest version from fileconnect.symantec.com and install. Please refer to the documentation below for the same:
