[SEON v11.0.6100.645]

We have application learning turned on, but when I go to Policies/Search for Applications and enter a query "Based on applications", then double click on one of the Query Results, what I get is rather wonky.

The results screen has headers that read "Computer Name", "Description" and "Domain" and "Location".  The problem is under the Computer Name field it actually lists the SEPM Group for a particular computer.  Anybody seen this before or know how to fix?  I get the same results on both SEPM servers we have running.  I'm trying to track down a potential malware threat so any help is greatly appreciated.

Solved

The computer name column just had to be expanded a great deal-- the name is there at the end of the SEPM (not SEON, but you knew that :-)) path.  My bad!

Did you check this..

Hello,

Would it be possible to provide us a Screenshot of the same.??

I believe, you have gone through the following Articles on:

1) Best Practices Guide to Application Learning in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)

2) How to set up learned applications in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

Hope that helps!!
