    Hello guys,

    i have one issue with SEPM.once we login into SEPM manager ,the security status is attention needed.while we click the view details

    in view details the unknown device is failed

    WE ENABLE THE UNMANAGED DETECTOR.ACTUALLY THE CUSTOMER NEED THAT.I ant new machine is available in network,they need to detect that one.push the clients.

     

    please helpme what i need ti do with this??

    These are showing because these machines do not have SEP on them. You need to figure out if they need SEP or if you need to set an exclusion for them.

    How do I configure exceptions for the "unmanaged detector" from Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)?

    I would check to see if SEP was uninstalled from the computer. We are experiencing Windows 10 clients rolling the install back to uninstalled with no notification with the most recent windows updates.
