Endpoint Protection

I have just updated SEPM from 12.1.4a to 12.1.6a.  After the upgrade, when I try to log on the SEPM Console, I receive the "Server Certificate is not present in your trusted store" error.  If I accept the certificate, it still fails with "Unexpected server error" and can not log on to the console.  I have successfully update 12.1.4a to 12.1.6a at 16 of our other campuses without any problems.  I have no idea why I am getting this error on this server.

Any help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

About accepting the self-signed server certificate for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

I have tried adding the certificate manually as suggested but still no luck.  I showed that the certificate was installed successfully, but when I try to run the SEPM console locally on the server, I still get the certificate error and if I try to accept the certificate I just get a server error message.  At this time I can not open the console.  The upgrade from 12.1.4a to 12.1.6a completed without errors as it did on 16 other campuses, but I can't now access the SEPM console on this campus.

Are you able to log in through Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Web Console?

Try from another machine and see if it works or not.

I was eventually able to log on the the Web Console from another server.  However, I get a "Unexpected server error [0x10010000]".  If I click OK and continue SEPM opens but the Home, Monotors and Reports tabs do not populate at all.  Policies, Clients and Admin do populate and see to work properly.  Not sure what the error is or why some the the items aren't working.
