SEPM server Very Slow

Hi All,

After installing SEPM 11 with client on windows server 2003 r2 32 bit, Server Network access is very slow. to copy a 130 MB file it is taking 135 min?
please provide solution

Also on the server what components of SEP is installed?
 
Only keep AV and AVS and see if that helps

AAP, PTP, NTP all three

AAP, PTP, NTP all three components but by default PTP is Off and all policy are default one

Remove NTP and PTP and check

Remove NTP and PTP and check the diffrenec, Is it same or diffrenet?

Stop the SEPM and embedded

Stop the SEPM and embedded database service  and then try

yes full version b4

yes full version b4 installing i have copy 1 gb file from network it copied in 3 min but now when i try to copy a 130 mb file it taking nearly 135 min

yes i have install sepm and

yes i have install sepm and deploy sep client  and it when to very slow when i am  trying to copy any file from network.
othere servers are working fine there is no problem with switch are cable

What is the version of SEP you installed.Tell us full version.For e.g. 11.0.4000.2295?Which are the components of SEP you installed?
