SEPM Service start and then stop automatically , not able to access SEPM Console.

This issue has been solved. See solution.
HI,
Friands when i try to login SEPM Console, it gives session out error. during troubleshooting i found that SEPM Service was stoped and when i started it moved into start status .As soon as i refresh service i found it stoped.
I try to repair the installation of SEPM but still i'm not able to log-in.
Please Help.

Can you pate the logs
Can you pate the logs here(scm-server-0.log). It is available in following path
\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\logs.

The Problem has been solve. A day before i assigned the ip address to defalt web site in iis. This was causing the provblem. Now i have changed the defalt web site to unassigned ip address. I'm able to login in SEPM.

the problem is with your IIS.
Do u have any access denied iP address in the directory security of IIS?
