This is my version one of client SEPM version 11.0.7 mp1

Query is SEPM  manger service is STOP .

when the SEPM manger are manually started all client comminication with SEPM manger .

but console login Logout SEPM Manger service again STOP & client is not comm with manger .

again manually started then console login continious this

Microsoft IIS had repair and SEPM also repair.

but problem is not solve.

It won't be the first option & won't be a bad idea as well.

Upgrade to SEP 12.1 RU1.

Upgrade from SEP 11.0.7 MP1 to SEP 12.1 RU1 is fully supported.

With SEP 12.1 you will be benefited with new technologies and features.

However if you wish to troubleshoot issue please upload scm-server-0 & Catalina.out log files.

You will find them under  root directory\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tomcat\log 

Show me the snapshot of the error.

 SEPM service is STOP when console has logout.

can you pass on the tomcat log i.e. scm-server-0.log after the event?
