    Hi All.

After upgrading SEPM to 11.0.4014 I have lost client communication among other things....

I downloaded and ran the Symantec Troubleshooting tool. I have attached the report file.

One of the things it mentions is that the following services and drivers are not running

SPBBCDrv                                            'No attempts to start the service have been made since the last boot'
Symantec Management Client            'The operation completed sucessfully'
WPS Helper                                          'No attempts to start the service have been made since the last boot'

    The server has been rebooted.
The Symantec Management Client is running.

Whats more of a concern is that the Support tool reports the following:
"You are using Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 (11.0.776.942). The following updates have been released."

As I mentioned above I have upgraded to 11.0.4014 and when I check Help  > About it says version 11.0.4014...

I have run a repair on SEPM, no luck  : (

Any help  would be appreciated. I have been trying to speak with support over the phone all week and not having any luck.

Run Cleamwipe and install SEP again.
SPBBCDrv is Tamper Protection that is failing and this is a very important component.
WPS Helper is part of NTP and even that is failing the Tool is reporting the RTM version 11.0.786. Is this a upgrade from this version if yes then definitely you will have to use Cleanwipe as this version was a disaster.
