SEPM is unable to update definition

Hi,
We have Installed SEPM in two different locations and both sites are offline and configured LUA for both SEPM's to update definitions,
SEPM one is fetching updates well and distributing to all clients but second SEPM is downloading definition but unable to update.
Have checked and found SEPM is able to communicating with LUA server but don't know why it is failed to update content.
Please guide If the same happened with you before.

The Clients connected to the 2nd SEPM is Propoerly communication? I mean check the communication between SEP and the SEPM. You can also use the Sylink Monitor tool to monitor the activity of the Client Communication

Is the SEPM shows its updated with the latest definition from LUA?
What folder did you check on SEPM to identify that it has downloaded but not updated?

Hi Mozo,
I faced the same issue before and after performed the below steps which resolved my issue.
Solution
1. Uninstall LiveUpdate
2. Delete the following folders:
a. C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate
b. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate
c. C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\content\\* (delete the numbered folders; ie: 81218007)
3. Install LiveUpdate 3.3 (http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/home_homeoffice/products/lu/lu/files.html)
4. Go to Start -> Run, and execute: "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\lucatalog.exe" -cleanup
- With quotes, as placed
5. Go to Start -> Run, and execute: "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\lucatalog.exe" -update
- With quotes, as placed
6. Go to Start > Run, and execute: LUALL
Liveupdate content should now successfully apply.
