Ya se realizaron las siguientes actividades.

1.- Se validan datos de ODBC.

OK - Pero se sigue con la problematica.

2.- Reinicio del servicio de SEPM.

Se detiene el servicio de SEPM.

    3.- Se repara el SEPM

Se sigue presentando el error, Unexpected error.

    Hi,

    Try this may be help

PLease go to IIS manager -> SEPM website

Right click on reporting and click on Browse.

You should get a login screen. Use the SEPM credentials and login.

let us know if you experience the same issue over there as well.

Try a reboot of the server as sometimes IIS Reset does not work.

Open IIS select symantec website , under directory security check the account. Validate to check if its been locked in AD or expired.

for testing purpose use an admin id and password and check the screen again.

Is it on windows 2000 server? seems like you have created another virtual directory by name reporting1, have you checked windows authentication? you should not get page cannot be displayed, its a permission issue.

check this document for server 2000
