    can SEPM ver 12.1 dispatch .jdb file (virus definition) to 32 and 64 bit servers and workstation concurrently?

    Yes, 

    if your sepm is 32 bit you just need to download 32 bit download of jdb, once jdb is installed

    it will udpate your 32 and 64 bit servers.

    In Client END

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1101.401.105\inbox

    In SEPM Server

    the jdb download on SEPM will update the 32 bit and 64 bit definitions.the clients get the updates the definition from SEPM.

    Hi Pete,

    meaning to say that downloading the jdb file and paste in to the C:\program files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\content\incoming  client automatically get the updates whether they are 32 bit or 64 bit.

    thats correct.

    jdb file on SEPM will update 32 bit as well as 64 bit moniker. hence clients 32 bit or 64 bit will ask SEPM and will get the updates.
