SEPM "Virus Def Distro" does not give enough detailed info

As the title says, I am looking to get more detailed information that what the pie chart and corresponding table seemingly provide. I'm hoping that it is capable of doing this and I have just been unable to find it up to this point.

Currently, I see the chart with the breakdown as a tally of clients that have a certain date's defs. It shows:

2009-07-16 rev. 040   xx (# of clients w/this def)

2009-07-05 rev. 020   xx

2009-03-31 rev. 019   xx

2007-08-20 rev. 048   xx

What I am wanting to see is the name of the clients that have the older defs so that I can manually check them. Without a hostname however, I would have to touch each machine which is extremely less than ideal. Does anyone know if SEPM is capable of providing this info without having to click on each and every client to check (a lot of which don't have any information beyond hostname, group, domain and unique ID) or having to go and log on and verify?

Is there a custom report that will show me this? I tried to use the default reporting capabilities and was unsuccessful when running a:

Report type: Computer Status
Select a report: Virus Def Distro
Filter: Default
AV Def date > 30days

All this provides is another pie chart and table showing exactly what the home screen already shows with no detail on which clients have the out of date defs. (which is pretty basic info to provide I would have thought)

Any help would be appreciated.
