  • 1.  SEPM Web Console - Home(Dashboard) / Monitors / Reports

    Hello @ALL,

     

    i have the problem that i can successfully access the sepm web console but on click on the home, monitors or reports icon i receive an network timeout. On the other icons (Policies, Clients and Admin) i can see all.

    what is the version of SEPM and which brower are using to aceess SEPM web console and its version ?

    Firefox / IE10. The Version it is 12.1.6

    Try the following:

    In IE 10, include the SEPM to your Trusted sites (Internet options in Windows). Try to access the SEPM again. At the SEPM logon screen, click on "Certificate error" in the address line. Then you should be able to import the SEPM certificate. 

    In Firefox, go to the browser settings (Advanced > Certificates > Servers > Add Exception) and import the SEPM certificate from SEPM_IP_address:8445.

    This was my first step. The Certificate was successfully importet.
