Hello,

Try these steps provided below:

1. Check Java heap size values configured for SEPM

Tuning the Performance of the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager console

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH105179

2. Restart SEPM service in services.msc

Reference: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/sep-manager-11x-web-access-stuck-initializing-please-wait

Secondly, check this Article:

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) Web Access Console fails to initialize after changing the SEPM IP address

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH186894

Hope that helps!!

looks like Java related incompatibility. is there any firewall between the SEPM and the machine where you access the web access, if yes can you disable.

Hi,

We already restarted the SEPM for like 3 times.

Thanks,

Do you have Try to open another system ?

If it's working on Locally on server no problem in SEPM.

We already tried it on 3 different machines so we're pretty sure that it's not the internet explorer's problem.

Thanks,

Hi,

Currently what Java version do you have installed ?

Try to remove all Previous Java version and reinstall again.
