I have two drives in my machine (two 40GB drives).  Drive one has all the main software, drive two is the DB backup.  My problem is that the definition files are filling up the primary drive.  The secondary drive has plenty of free space.  Is it possible to have Symantec store the definitions on the second drive?  That would save me a lot of time and effort.

NO, not possible, virus defs are always on the OS drive
    1. Open SEPM Console.

    2. Go to the Admin > Server > Properties of Local site in SEPM > LiveUpdate.

    3. Increase the "Number of content revisions to keep" to a lower value say 3, by default its 30 and uses lot of disk space.

no, you cannot do that. However you can reduce the content revision to keep on SEPM in that case.

Thank you all.  I was afraid of that.  I'll dial it back to around three.

Is it possible to use Junction points to move the definition file to another drive?
