This issue has been solved. See solution.

I plan to install one SEPM 12 on local site and five SEPMs 12 on five remote sites in the same domain.

1. I would like to install licence file on master site in the domain, rather then on remote sites. Does it possible? Solution ?

2. Remote clients will use policies from master site and updates from their local sites. Does it possible? Solution?

I need help to do this, I need a best solution for tthis, and if possible I need guide if it exist somewhere on symantec site?

Have you checked out this

Have you checked out this document yet?: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC4448

How many clients are you working with and why do you want to use replication?

You might be better off using GUPs if you are looking to improve bandwidth.

If you were using just one SEPM and multiple GUPs, then you would just install the license file (or input M#) on just the one SEPM.

If you indeed decided to go with replication, the replication will move the licensing data over to the other SEPMs unless they are not connected by replication and are isolated, in which case, each SEPM would need to be licensed independently and you would have to make sure to not exceed your licensed user count per your license agreement.

I just checked this document,

I just checked this document, and I think I need multiple site design, but...

I have more than 200 clients on all locations. Replication is not necessary, but I just want to use only one licence file on master location/site for all other locations/sites. Updates and policies is not important overmuch.

I don't know too much about GUP's but I think only that solution is valid for me. How to configure group update provider for my case?

When I'm installing SEPM on other locations/sites (if I plan to use GUP's) do I check "Install my first site", "Install additional management server to an existing site" or "Install an additional site" ?

Yes it sounds like you will

Yes it sounds like you will be able to get by with just one SEPM for the number of clients you have and you can just configure the use of GUPs so you should be good to go.
