Very strange, works fine for me... (see attached, accessed through the SEPM > Help (in top right corner) > Help Topics...)

How are you accessing the Help system? Through SEPM, SEP client, or the Start Menu?

Figures.  I'm calling up Help within SEPM console.  This is a new inplace upgrade from 12.1.1 to .2 so maybe a repair is in order.

I let you know the outcome, thanks.

In the process of performing a SEPM repair the system now errors with

"the password you entered for user sa contains invalid characters."

The password is the same as before, what is this?????

Hm. Does the password conform to these guidelines? (Is this the SQL sa account?)

It was an sa named acct yes. Same setup I've used until this one so who knows. Created a new and it now processes the configuration correctly but, oddly enough the issue with the Help still remains.

For whatever reason I am unable to paste in a screen shot but here are a few examples,
