  • 1.  SEPM's Dashboard and Reports not in sync problem?

    Hi guys,

    I noticed that my dashboard's security status for Scan Failures said we have 750 clients which are not scanned yet for quite sometime now. Then When I pulled a log in the reports tab, it just says around 500 clients. What's happening here? I double checked the way I pull the logs and it's correct.

    What's the version here? Did you refresh the dash board

    We're using 12.1.5 and tons of refresh,.

    Dashboard data is for last 12/24 hours.

    You can give some time to update Dashboard may be issue resolved.

    Hi James, Do you have some official technical document or anything that we can use as a a proof about it lasting from 12/24 hours?  We might need to show it as a proof to our heads at some point.

    Hi James,

    I saw the links, my time format is alrady in the mmddyy. About Rafeeq's answer, my problems is not that it's delayed. My problems is that the dashboad's result is different from the reports tab.

    Either the time range you're looking at is off or there may be a bug for which you need to engage support.

    Yeah I think that's what I'm going to do for now, I thought maybe someone already have this problem. So I tried it here first.
