Endpoint Protection

I've been using SEPM for over 6 months now to report on my SAV10x clients. The SEPM server was running on a test environment. I would like to setup a pre-production SEPM server and have the SAV10 logs forwarded to both SEPM servers.

I've added the new SEPM server to SSC reporting just like i did for the original SEPM server. It appears SSC doesnt allow the forwarding of logs to multiple servers as it only forwards to the first reporting SEPM server listed. Is this a know limitation?

I don't know off-hand whether or not that is an intended limitation... but I really don't see why you'd need more than that.

If you have multiple SEPM's, it's easy enough to setup replication and have them replicate the forwarded logs. If you have 2 separate SEPMs, you're probably out of luck.

When you configure your reporting server, which is how you forward your logs, there is only one selection possible at a time. You do have a way to configure the SEPM to export the logs to a syslog server or to file but this doesnt sound like its what your trying to achieve.

Two seperate SEPM's (one test/pilot) one Pre-Production/Production. I'm basically staging production and was trying to get some server performance results by pumping data to it while also keeping it on the test server since it's being used to run and generate reports. Moving foward I will only send it to one server but im in a limbo/transition period and was hoping to get the information to both servers for temp amount of time.

Not a big deal but I didnt want to spend alot of time troubleshooting it if it's not going to work anyways.

I can confirm this is not going to work, i have tested this in my test lab.
