Now we have installed 12.1 on win 2012 server, and now we are uable to uninstalled saying direcotry not exist, any idea how we can remove this 12.1 installation on win2012

You can install sep12.1. on Windows server 2012 and if you are not able to uninstall the sep from the server then please run latest clean wipe on the server, I hope clean wipe will be uninstall the same.

SEP/SEPM 12.1 ru2 give you full support for both Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8 as well.

Ru2 is the only supported build for 2012 and Windows 8. If you have managed to get any other build installed you are going to have issues and I would recommend obtaining a copy of cleanwipe as mentioned previously.

Yes, Only SEP 12.1 RU2 onwards supports Windows 2012 OS.

We have installed the SEP 12.1 client on Win 2012 server but copatibility issue and now we are not able to remove the software

This could because you are running the older version of SEP 12.1.

Migrate the current version of SEP 12.1 to SEP 12.1 RU2, check this Article:

I would advise you to install only AV/AS (Anti-Virus & Anti-Spyware) and PTP (Proactive Threat Protection) on your Windows Server 2012 with SEP 12.1 RU2.

You should be fine with that.

There is a new version of CleanWipe way more easier to use and way more nicer than previous version.

Easy to run, you can pick what you would like to remove (SEP client software only or Windows LiveUpdate or Management Servers or all of them depending your needs and recommendations).

If you need it, log a case to the support.
