Serial Number Does Not Exist

Hi all,

Silly question i'm sure but i am using BE 12 and in live update i have the option to upgrade to BE2012.

I go to the upgrade page and enter the serial number (lost the bit of paper but found the SN in the BESERNUM.xml file)

However on the Symantec upgrade page it says my serial number does not exist.

Any ideas?

Contact the Symantec Licensing department. They can search the internal licensing database and probably find your licenses by Company name.
