  • 1.  The Serial Number does not exist.

    When I enter my Serial Number to get to download SEP 2013, I get the message that the serialnumber, sendt from Licensing@symantec.com, does not exist.

    Can anybody please help?

    You need to contact Symantec to get this rectified. Either reply to the email or call support.
