  • 1.  Serious problem with LUA

    Posted May 13, 2009 11:39 AM
I just noticed that a bunch of my computers have not received updates since 4/29 from a particular LU server. I tried connecting to the LUA and the page can't be displayed. I checked the services and the LUA Apache Tomcat service is not started and will not start. I get this error message:

Could not start the LUA Apache Tomcat service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.

I uninstalled LUA and reinstalled with the same error message.

    Under Program Files\Symantec\Liveupdate Administrator\tomcat\logs I found this new jakarta_service_2009513.log
