    I need help on this bad! I have a closed network in which I run SAV 10.1 on the clients. I'm having a problem that when users right click on files, mainly excel files, a SAV configuration window pops up and kind of does some stuff before disappearing. It's causing a lot of problems with the users doing work.

     

    I think it might be a permission issue because I as an administrator do not get this problem at all on any of the machines I try it on. I attempted to uninstall SAV also using the Norton removal tool, then reinstall it. It fixed the issues for a few days but now some users are back to having this problem again. 


    HELP!

    I have a had a similar problem at a couple of my clients. When you right click the SAV installation dialog comes up and asks for the location of the files. I browsed to the client installation on the network and this seemed to fix it but it would be nice to know why this is happening? A roguie MS update maybe?
