  • 1.  SERT Download for SEP 12.1

Guys,  I'm having trouble tracking down a location for SERT.  We are licensed for SEP 12.1 but it's not on the install media or FileConnect.

Every post I see says to just 'download from FileConnect' but it's not there.  I've also checked our SEP 11 serial on Fileconnect as well, and no SERT download.

    Any ideas?

do you have the support id? if yes, call up tech support and ask for the SERT, they will upload for you at ftp or fileshare. Actually it has to be in fileconnect.

All done,  support gave me a login for fileshare.  I had called before but must have went through to general support as they had NO idea what I was talking about.

    Thanks!

Well SERT is basically a free add-on to check on highly infected PC.

In my experience the scan time will depends on hardware resource as well as the media used (USB/optical drive)
