I just recently clear about sert tool and i got clear about SERT Tool, that is working without internet connection so why its needed to get PIN from symantec support?
Is it Unique?
Will it sync with symantec?
Symantec has done this by design. As long as you're a paying customer, you need to call support and get a valid PIN.
This is by design. Customers with a valid support contract may contact Technical Support for the necessary PIN.
