due to run sert tool it is asking for PIN so what is the PIN? and from where can i get PIN?

Thats normal at this moment, to getthe PIN you need to contact Symantec Support team.

 I just recently clear about sert tool and  i got clear about SERT Tool, that is working without internet connection so why its needed to get PIN from symantec support?

Will it sync with symantec?

Symantec has done this by design. As long as you're a paying customer, you need to call support and get a valid PIN.

Workaround: Rolling the BIOS date back to 4/29 allows the SERT to run without prompting for a PIN.

That is work around solution, You are not able to change it every time. For permanent solution you can contact with Symantec Team and get the pin.
