    Hi,

Please delete the client from the console and update content on the client.

Delete that client from the SEPM console
In the client right click on the yellow shield and click on update policy

Try repairing the client from add/remove programs...

Try moving the client to another group, then update the policy, leave it for a heartbeat interval and move it back to its home group. Sometimes if the client has not fully received or implemented a policy, or if it is not communicating properly, it responds to an entirely new policy and gets back in step with the SEPM server.

did you upgrade the Client to RU5?
if not , upgrade and check if the issue is not seen anymore.

Yes, as someone suggested, try moving the client to a new group( or jus the Default Group) ... If you still have the problem, we may have to delete thi client's entry from the DB so that it'll register again...
