Server 2008 R2 File Server - PGP Desktop (Netshare) Cannot open Tif, PDF or Jpg

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi,
We have just upgraded our file server to 2008 R2 from 2003 where all our secure documents are stored. When our users try to load a jpg, tif, pdf. They are not decrypted. If the user decrypts the file they can open it, they then re-encrypt it, putting the correct signers and keys. It won't open.
Our current version PGP Desktop version 10.1.2 build 26.
We are now looking at putting our files back to Server 2003 which isn't ideal. I have seen a few forum questions similar to this and have not been answered.
Can this be looked at, as a matter of urgency.
Many Thanks
Kevin Halstead

can you see if you can repeat the issue on 10.2.1?

Hi,
We have updated to 10.2 MP3 and this has fixed the issue. However looking through the release notes up ti that version didn't mention anything so I wasn't convinced.
Many Thanks for you help.
Kev
