Just as an FYI, after upgrading from SAV10.2 to SEP11 on both a Windows Server 2008 RC0 box and Vista Ultimate client, the client began having trouble obtaining a DHCP lease. Instead of obtaining it's reserved IP configuration, it would end up with an auto generated 169.x.x.x address. I was able to add a manual rule to allow the DHCP requests on ports 67 and 68, and I have not had the problem since.
