Just as an FYI, after upgrading from SAV10.2 to SEP11 on both a Windows Server 2008 RC0 box and Vista Ultimate client, the client began having trouble obtaining a DHCP lease.  Instead of obtaining it's reserved IP configuration, it would end up with an auto generated 169.x.x.x address.  I was able to add a manual rule to allow the DHCP requests on ports 67 and 68, and I have not had the problem since.

Same problem, what happened to the Smart DHCP/DNS/WINS that was supposed to eliminate the need to create special rules for them?

Good question.  It seems to work fine with W2K3 DHCP servers.  Seems fairly clear that something about the new networking stack in Server 2008 broke the feature.
