Server 2008 X64 Problems

I just upgraded my Deployment Server to Windows Server 2008 X64. I have installed SQL 2008 local to the system. After installing Deployment Console I receive the error that "there are no Database Management Services registered. Please make sure the Deployment Database Management Service is running." All services are running. I have reinstalled DS on the server. The account I am using to install is a DBO and an Admin of the server.

Any ideas?

make sure the TPC/IP protocol is enabled in your SQL server.

I have TCP/IP and Named Pipes both Enabled.
