When we run backups on our servers the following files are not getting backed up due to "being used by another process". Servers are primarily virtual and I'm wondering if there would be any ill effects if we exclude these files from being backed up, and at some time in the future would need to restore from a snapshot.

Those are related to the SEP client itself, if anything happens, may just be quicker to reinstall.

Try turning off tamper protection and see if they backup
