Hi,

Based on my understanding for EV8.0,  the evadmin created can be a domain user with local admin right to the ev server.

Can this ev admin also a Domain administrator?

For PST Locator, PST Collect and PST Migration task - > "Log on",  can I used existing evadmin who have no domain rights (only local administrator right on the server)

Thanks

The EV service account can be

The EV service account can be a domain admin, but it's not a prerequisite. The best practice is to limit the rights of the service account to the minimum required.

For PST migrations, in the "Log On" tab, you'll need to specify an account that has read/write permissions on the locations where the PSTs are (on shares or filers) to be able to identify, copy, migrate, delete,  change attributes of the PSTs and so on.

Hope this helps.
Olivian
