Server Driven PST Migration - PST files not getting deleted

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hello All,

We have installed and configured Symantec EV 8.0 SP1 in our environment...

Issue: -

We have configured the PST Migration Policy to Delete the PST File under the Post-Migration settings

However, after the PST migration is completed successfully, as the users login to Outlook again, they are now getting "an error location the PST file"...

Please advise as to what can be done to resolve this issue?

Can you check to see if you have set the following in the Desktop Policy

Remove PST Entries (Choose the relevant setting based on your PST Migration Policy)
