  • 1.  Server Error in '/Altiris/Inventory' Application

    After an update to R9 of Altiris NS 6.0 SP3 I get the following message within Solution Agents item Inventory. And choose Hardware Inventory or one of they others.

    Before that article was posted, I actually used the following utility (when the old trick of multiple repairs failed).

    http://www.nirsoft.net/dot_net_tools/gac_viewer.html

    It allows you to copy and install (amongst other things) .net assemblies (which is a very difficult task sometimes). So I found a working server and copied the missing .net assembly back.
