Server Error in '/Altiris/NS' Application.
We are using Symantec Management Console ver 7.0.5201 and when we choose to install the plugin for Backup Exec system recovery we get the following error down below. We tried removing .net versions 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5, then reinstalled 3.5 with no luck. This happens on the server and from our workstations using the web interface.
Some or all identity references could not be translated.

Seems to be a problem with either the user accessing the console, or perhaps the NS's domain computer account, based on the following:
Any chance local groups on the NS were modified or similar? Is the machine and the Application Identity account valid domain accounts?
Thanks,
Kyle

When accessing the software through the web interface or on the actual console, we are using the domain administrator account. The server is in a virtual enviroment on one of our Citrix Xenservers. To my knowledge nothing has changed.
Thanks
Any other ideas?
Thanks
NS is not supported running on Citrix, only vmware. Were any domain changes made lately, like am account being recreated or deleted, or ns computer domain membership changes?
Thanks,
Kyle
