Server Name changed

We are running SEP version 11.0.2000.1567 and had a problem with our server and had to chagne the Computer Name. Now most of the clients show in the list but they don't show with the green light. Also if I right click and chose to scan or update I get a message that says "Some of the selected clients have not yet connected to the server. You cannot do this action on those clients until they have connected to the server." All new clients work just fine. How can I be sure that all of my clients are looking at the correct Server Name? Thanks in advance for your input on this.
